Fred D. Ingalls

Father Ingalls was arrested at the rectory of Varysburg Church in 2004 and charged by federal authorities with receiving child pornography. The investigators alleged that Ingalls accessed child pornography sites on 13 occasions between 2002 and 2003, while he was a pastor at St. John the Baptist in Alden. It was reported that Ingalls pleaded guilty in federal court and admitted that he used his computer to access 144 images of children involved in various sex acts.
