James E. Kelly

James E. Kelly was accused of sexual abuse by multiple individuals. In 2003, two lawsuits were filed by former residents of Father Flanagan’s Boys Home in Omaha Diocese in the 1970s. Father Kelly left Boys’ Town in 1983. He was placed on leave in 2003. Several additional accusations have been raised against Kelly, with a prior allegation in approximately 1984.
