Robert L. Brown

Father Brown has been accused of sexual misconduct with a minor. One man who filed a claim in the Diocese of Rockville alleged that Brown began to sexually abuse him at the St. Catherine of Sienna Church in Franklin Square. The abuse allegedly took place in the church rectory during the 1980s. Brown reportedly died in the mid-1990s.
