Robert J. Biesinger

In 1995, a lawsuit accused Father Biesinger of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl while she was a member of the color guard and drill team at Baker-Victory High School in Lackawanna. It was reported that Biesinger was the diocesan Catholic Youth Organization moderator in 1980 and coached the teen color guard and drill team units at several parishes and at Baker-Victory High School. A second woman accused Biesinger of abusing her in 1965 when she sought counseling as a young adult.
