Robert H. Purcell

In 2011, the Diocese of Albany removed Robert Purcell from ministry as a result of an allegation of abuse dating back to 1957. Purcell was the former pastor of Sacred Heart Church in Margaretville, New York. It was later reported that there was at least one other allegation of abuse against Father Purcell.
