Linda Baisi

A lawsuit filed in 1996 accused Linda Baisi, a former nun and former teacher at St. Frances de Chantal School, of sexually abusing a boy from the time he was 12 years old until his sophomore year in high school.  According to the New York Times, Baisi did not contest the civil suit and failed to appear in court.  It was further reported that the jury was told Baisi had effectively admitted the allegations of sexual assault and battery.
