John R. Aurelio

In 1993, the Buffalo News reported that Father Aurelio told law enforcement officials that he had sodomized young boys some 15 to 20 years prior. It was further reported that Aurelio told the authorities that he and Father Bernard Mach would drink alcohol and smoke marijuana with young boys before engaging in acts of sodomy with them. In 2002, the Buffalo News reported that Aurelio was no longer functioning as a priest but was living in Florida. Aurelio is said to have died in 2009.
