Harold T. Cox

Harold Cox was named as one of many priests accused of sexually abusing minors in a lawsuit filed in October 2003. The lawsuit specifically alleged that Father Cox, assigned to St. Gabriel Parish in New Lots in the late 1950s, sexually abused a minor boy. The lawsuit alleges that Cox abused the boy after confession on at least 30 occasions. Cox died in 1971.
