David G. Bentley
Ordained: 1975
David Bentley was ordained in 1975. As the New York Times reported, Father Bentley had been removed from priestly duties in 1986, after an abuse allegation, given treatment and returned to the ministry under supervision. In 1994, a man reported the abuse he suffered at the hands of Bentley as a child. Bentley was not removed from ministry until 2002.
