Albert H. Cason

Father Cason has been accused by multiple plaintiffs of sexual abuse. It has been reported that several individuals have accused Cason of sexual abuse, and it has further been reported that Cason continued to abuse others until his removal in 1985. Cason was allegedly removed from all ministries and was ultimately laicized. Cason was said to have been the co-pastor at St. Patrick Church in Owego, Tioga County, when he was removed from ministry.
