Liam O’Doherty

It was reported that Father O’Doherty was accused by a grand jury in 1979 of having sexual contact with three 14-year-old girls while he was the parish priest at St. Ann’s Church in St. Regis Falls. Still, Father O’Doherty went on to serve multiple parishes after that. He was sued by multiple victims. For example, a 2002 lawsuit accused O’Doherty of sexually abusing two girls between 1985 and 1991 in the rectory of St. Andrew’s Church in Sacketts Harbor. As of 2002, it was reported that Father O’Doherty was living at the Vianney Renewal Center in Dittmer, Missouri.
